Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy each coarse fully.
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and we were pleased. We made reservations, which I recommend. I ordered the cedar plank salmon. It was so tender. The mashed potatoes were excellent. While we were waiting for our food, they served us a little treat the chef had made, a fried grit with a special sauce…. So delicious! They also brought us sourdough bread and butter while our food was being cooked. We topped off our supper with the red velvet cake. It had a layer of cheesecake in the middle. Truly divine! Our waitress was wonderful. They put a rose on our table for our anniversary. Such a great place, great atmosphere.
My husband and I have been disappointed by many restaurants since moving to the area but we were so impressed last night. Everything was 10/10! Food, drinks, service, experience. We will definitely be back!
We came here for our anniversary dinner and it was incredible! First impression when we got to our table, they had a custom place card with our name - so thoughtful! It's the little things that truly make you feel special. Our server was wonderful and all the food was fantastic! The NY strip was the best steak we have ever had!
Overall an excellent experience. If you are looking for fine dining with southern flavor, this is your place. From the white tablecloths to the tasty cocktails and diverse menu, it’s always a great experience. As a plus, the gluten free menu is pretty extensive. I was pleased to have so many options! We return for special occasions as we are never let down.

Had an amazing meal and impeccable service at Foothills Milling. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there and could not have asked for a better experience. The service was top notch, our courses were perfectly spaced out and the atmosphere was great. This is how fine dining should be. I have nothing but positive things to say about our meal there. Great Restaurant and Service. Wide selection of wine, drinks and food. Didn't give it a 5 stars on food because my main dish didn't feel fresh almost like it was sitting to long to be put out. I did wait a bit for the main course but could of just been a busy night for them. I definitely will give it another try, the appetizers where great. One thing tho make reservations on the weekend (nights) cause I waited about an hour or more to be sited. Worth the try nevertheless 👍
We went for our anniversary tonight and everything from the food to the service was spectacular! Melanie our server was phenomenal and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an exceptional meal!
One of the best dining experiences you can have in East Tennessee, and really in the southeast. Delicious food great service and lots of good cocktails. Our party had steaks and grouper and everyone loved their meal. My steak was cooked perfectly and I really didn’t even need a knife to cut through it. There are so many delectable sides and compliments to the proteins that really make it special and a delicious place to eat. If you’re anywhere around Knoxville or East Tennessee I would recommend getting in this place if you can
